Our bestselling Alice Dress is a perfect summer dress for every day, this season in our vibrant new hand printed fabric, 'Candy Dreams'. With short sleeves and buttons down the front, this calf length dress has two patch pockets and am optional waist tie. Made from our lovely hand designed organic cotton, the waist tie allows a more fitted look should you wish, or wear it loose and wide.
The Alice Dress is also available in 'Swirly Pants on Blue' and 'Stretch on Pink'.
All our fabrics and clothing collections are hand designed by Alice in Stroud, UK and made by our production partners in Jaipur, India.

This is my 3rd dress from H&B and this one might just be my favorite - which is saying a lot because the other two are absolute winners. The Alice dress is so comfy and colorful and the pockets so useful, I’m automatically in a good mood when I put it on. And so many compliments when I wear it, too.
I bought this dress and wore it way too many times in a row. I wore it so many times I had to order another one in another pattern! It’s so comfortable and wearable for all kinds of weather. Expect to ship more here because everyone wants to know where I got this gorgeous dress! Summer dress perfection!
What a beautiful dress -- so vibrant and cheerful! The quality of the garment is extremely high. The fabric is soft and lined, and the finishing details (pockets, buttons, collar) elevate it to something that can be dressed up or down. The XL is very loose and comfortable, but I will likely go down a size next time.
