We are taking a team trip to visit our production partners in Jaipur, India while our shop is being decorated, so please note - all orders placed after midday on Wednesday 29 January will be posted on Tuesday 11 February. 

We won't be able to offer out 'Click & Collect' service during this period.

Please let us know in the notes box at checkout if your order is a gift and we'll remove the price tags. All orders come wrapped in tissue paper.

UK shipping is free on clothing orders above £125 and we use Royal Mail - delivery usually takes 3-5 days. We post worldwide.

We accept returns and exchanges, but we cannot cover the return postage to us so please bear this in mind when ordering. We will send out one exchange at our cost.
Please note shipping, tax and duty costs on all orders are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

Please bear in mind that all of our products are individually made so there will be variations across our collection as many of our clothing is individually block printed. We're happy to exchange or refund your purchase if it isn't right for you. Please package it and return it in the original condition with all tags attached within 28 days of purchase. We can't accept returns on rugs. 

Please fill out the returns form in the package to return or exchange your order.

We offer one free exchange per order, dependent on stock levels, so please indicate what you would like to swap your item for on the sheet so we can organise this efficiently.

Royal Mail Returns

We cannot cover the return postage costs and please keep proof of postage as we can't be responsible for lost items.

We aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the item. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method and may take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider. 

We ask that you take a credit note or exchange on sale / sample items but if you request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order we will process it for you.

 For International Returns:

Please arrange return postage to the address at the bottom of the returns slip and mark box as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the package and on the commercial invoice.
